- Device & Notification Data: We collect Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to deliver real-time push notifications when document analysis completes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your data exclusively to provide, improve, and secure our services:
- To perform AI property disclosure analysis using Google Cloud Vertex AI.
- To generate risk scores, extract critical seller findings, and calculate repair credit estimates.
- To manage your account, subscription plan, and user authentication.
- To send essential transactional notifications and support responses.
3. Data Security & Storage
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS encryption. Uploaded property documents and user records are stored in secure Google Cloud Storage and encrypted PostgreSQL databases with strict access controls.
AI Training Policy: We do NOT sell your data, nor do we use your private uploaded disclosure documents to train public AI models. Your data is used exclusively to generate your personal analysis.

We integrate with trusted enterprise providers to power our core application features:
- Google Cloud & Vertex AI: Document processing and AI reasoning engine.
- Firebase (Google LLC): Authentication and push notification delivery.
