Account & Data Deletion Request
At DisclosurePro AI, you have full control over your personal account and uploaded property documents. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so easily by following the options below.
Option 1: Request Deletion via Email
Send an email to our support team with the subject line Account Deletion Request:
Support Email: contact@disclosurepro.ai
Please include the email address associated with your DisclosurePro account.
Option 2: Delete Account In-App
You can also request data removal directly within the mobile application:
- Open the DisclosurePro AI app.
- Go to Settings ⚙️.
- Tap Account & Security and select Delete My Account.
Data Retention & Processing Policy
When an account deletion request is processed:
- Your user profile, email address, and authentication credentials will be permanently removed from our active database within 30 days.
- All uploaded real estate disclosure documents, analysis summaries, and chat history associated with your account will be permanently deleted from Google Cloud Storage.
